Andrew Charielle, at Motorcars Acura, created a wonderful, unexpected experience. Andrew contacted me, asking if he could be of further help, and help he did. I’m from Philadelphia and was looking for a particular car nationwide, and unfortunately the Volkswagen at his dealership had already been sold. After searching and searching, I found this dealership one of the most professional ones I have visited. After searching and searching, I found this dealership one of the most professional ones I have visited. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and not trying to scheme you into anything like many other places. They told me exactly how it was, without beating around the bush. Plus, being family-owned, you could tell the staff really gave their jobs their all. I felt very at ease about the leasing experience and would highly recommend this dealership. Since leasing my car, the service team has been exceptional as well. I cannot give this dealership any more praise. Don't listen to the people with the one stars, as unfortunately, the only people who really go online to rate are those with a grudge or are upset they could not get the prices they want... on a luxury car 🙂

My family and I left here feeling upset, betrayed and used. I had clearly negotiated a deal on a Acura MDX with a sales guy, including some "extra" options. Then after I signed the final papers with my "extra items" listed in writing all xxxx broke loose. Some "guy", that never introduced himself, (which seems common practice at this dealerships, introductions, what??). This "guy" was the person processing my down payment, he refused to agree on these extra items as part of the sale. Then it got very uncomfortable and unprofessional, we were in the open waiting area and they started discussing my deal loud and clear in front of other people, including my children, not sure who else was in that waiting area. Again, no introductions and magically everyone's name tag was removed from their shirt at the end of the day, I had no idea who was who! There might have been other customers present. Zero integrity, dishonest and no respect for customers at this dealership. I ended up buying a brand new Acura MDX from a much more pleasant and professional dealer. Thankfully, in the Cleveland area we have more than one Acura dealer. I believe everything happens for a reason and I am so happy, we did not purchase a car from Motorcars. I could never put my trust in future service appointments with Motorcars. Avoid this place, they talk a good talk but does NOT back it up when you put in writing. My 8 yr. old son was afraid of the sales people and told me on the way home: "Dad, you just got bullied by those people"!. Stay away, go elsewhere, car buying should be fun not a nightmare. Honestly if I could give this dealership a "0" I would. I have never been so appalled in my life in regards to the pressure, forcefulness and desperation of a salesperson such as Terry and Motorcars Acura. I can honestly say I felt bullied and ashamed at not agreeing to “sign” on the line at that very moment. When purchasing a luxury vehicle such as the Acura MDX I highly recommend you find a dealership/salesperson that treats their customers with respect and integrity.

I had one of the best car buying experiences with my recent purchase of a 2012 TSX Sport Wagon. I was encouraged upon entering the dealership with the knowledge of the sales person, Mike Baker. I had initially made the inquiry thru the internet and was contacted by Mike as to the level of my interest. I was focused on one model in particular because of prior research. The process we went through was very professional as well as respectful of my needs. Chuck Markusic, the sales manager, made the sale a smooth, no drama experience. He was able to help put a deal together that was fair for both of us.I drove away with the car I wanted and paid a fair price because of Mike and Chuck's professionalism. Once again I would like to reiterate, this was a no drama transaction and I was treated with respect.

Their used and certified car business is same, for that they direct you to a different parking lot and there you expect a cordial environment, when you are willing to spend $30k. But their office is nothing more than a trailer and staff is horrible, the person in charge I forgot mike or mark does not give a shit whether you buy the car or not. I was negotiating the price and he bluntly said he does not care, it will keep the car for 90 days and if he could not sell it then he would auction it. I was looking for 2009 & 2010 Acura TL with Tech Package. Worst dealership I ever visited. I think they cater customer who are buying new cars.

Purchased my Acura from Motorcars, my Sales Associate (Steve), was wonderful to work with. I never felt any pressure to buy the vehicle, he took a lot of time with me and my family, he is very knowledgeable about the Acura product line. More importantly, after the purchase the Service Team provides excellent customer service and quality of work.
